These articles given herein below govern the terms under which MPINGI, Inc., (variously referred hereinafter as 'MPINGI', 'us' or 'we') provides various communication services ( hereinafter referred to as 'Service), (including MPINGI-ATA, MPINGI-Softphone and or any other device or service or software made available to you under these terms to be used in conjunction with the said services - herein after referred to as 'Device' or 'Equipment') to you the customer (variously referred hereinafter as "you", "user" or "customer") .
